Thereafter, the completed ONLINE applications with proof of payment must reach Professor Academic, JIPMER. One can get the application form and prospectus can be obtained from the counter of State Bank of India (SBI), JIPMER Campus only. The same can be obtained by post by sending a postal request addressed to Professor Academic, JIPMER accompanied by DD or original challan of account transfer as mentioned below. Candidates are requested to enclose two stickers with candidate's address written legibly for correct delivery of the Prospectus and Application Form.
