3) Should have hands on experience in Web based applications (MANDATE)
4) Should have hands on experience in MY SQL (MANDATE)
5) Should have hands on experience to effectively handle the team
6) Should have excellent Prior experience with Client Interaction (MANDATE)
7) Should have amazing communication skill (MANDATE)
8) Prior Onsite experience would be nice to have
