SQL DBA Mandatory

- Exp 5+
Logical & physical Design of the Database, Creation of tables, views, procedures,
packages, triggers and other database objects.
- Generating scripts of database objects.
- Writing and debug complex queries.
- Performance tuning and SQL tuning.
- Backup and Recovery procedures.
- Data Migration from old version to new version between same type databases.
- Data Migration between different types of databases.
- Product development knowledge, having familiarity with issues related to database design, schema changes.

Added advantage

- Maintaining data integrity and security, managing users, privileges, roles, profiles and
database resources
- Knowledge of Linked servers, Replication, Mirroring
- Deadlock controlling
- Knowledge of Full text search, XML Queries
- Experience with tuning database and server for proper memory sizing, I/O distribution,
physical space usage, load balancing and system resource allocation.
- Experience with data migrations and data quality techniques, integration and design
methodologies
- Posses good communication skills and ability to work as part of team and also
individually

Skill & Job Requirements:

Mandatory requirement : Overall 5+ years of industry experience
At least 4 year of experience with SQL Server reporting services 2005, with expertise in adhoc reporting.
Experience working with the SQL-Server 2000/SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Tools.
