Work on both building new applications/modules as well as enhancing and up gradation of existing applications. Major work in Technologies/Tools like – Java,J2EE,Hibernate,Spring,Ehcache,Gwt,MySql Contribute as an individual and also mentor junior developers. Skills: Excellent knowledge of Core Java, J2ee, XML etc. Experience of working on Spring and Hibernate Design patterns Experience of working on GWT, Flex Exposure to MVC based architecture (JSF, Rich faces etc) Proficiency in Html, CSS, JavaScript Very good knowledge of Core Java, J2ee, XML etc. Proficiency with MySQL or any of the relational database management tools. Good hold on SQL, DB management, schema and identifying performance issues Knowledge of RISC based architecture, building APIs Exposure to any one of Application Servers (Tomcat, Websphere etc) Any flavor of Unix / Linux Good analytical skills.
