Skill: Java, â€" Module Lead/Tech Lead

• Java/J2EE background
• Experience with Weblogic
• Experience with Oracle
• Struts background is preferred
Role Details:
• Between 5 and 6 years of experience
• Should have led a technical team of 4 to 5 members
• Provide technical guidance to the team
• Support the Tech Lead for initial six months
• Take over the Tech Lead’s role and handle a team of 6 to 8 developers after 6 months
• Ability to interact with customers and the onsite team
