Our client is one of the UK’s leading names in buildings insurance, tenant referencing and related products. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Software Development Manager / Senior Software Developer (PHP, .NET, C#) to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a high calibre software development professional with strong leadership skills to continue to develop their career with a market leading organisation.

As the Software Development Manager / Senior Software Developer you’ll be responsible for running the group’s IT development and business analysis function. This is a multi-site role, primarily based in Lincoln, but travel to Glasgow and Hampshire will be required.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are key to this position, as is a successful track record in applications development and a willingness to play an instrumental role.

To be considered for this position you must have:

- Experience with PHP, .NET and C#
- Excellent software development experience
- A track record of managing people

As the Software Development Manager / Senior Software Developer you should also have a good understanding of development methodologies and a flexible approach. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders will also be required.
