Skills required:

· Rich experience working with Java/J2EE technologies.

· Strong object oriented and CORE Java fundamentals required - Deep understanding of web application development required using J2EE standards/frameworks.

· Knowledge of specific technologies/frameworks

· Should be very comfortable with JDBC, SQL and user level database configuration (creating users, tables etc.)

· Should be very comfortable with build technologies.

· Knowledge of Spring/Hibernate a plus

· Knowledge of any business process management tool a plus.

· Knowledge of Weblogic Server is a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

· Prefer people who have stayed on worked on a small number of large projects for a significant period of time rather than someone who has worked on a large number of small projects for small periods of time.
