Minimum 3 years working experience with PHP 4 and 5 on Windows.
Familiar with usage of templates and classes in PHP
Should have working experience with Joomla or other similar CMS in PHP
Good database skills and working experience with MySQL
Ability to write complex queries / stored procedures in MySQL
Ability to estimate effort based on given requirement
Knowledge of Linux / Unix
Ability to independently communicate with client to understand requirements
