Responsibilities as Developer
• Communicate clearly and frequently with development teams in Europe and Asia
• Develop work packages on time, to a high standard and to client’s expectations
• Work in a structured environment incorporating: analysis, design, coding standards, code review, unit testing, quality assurance, source code management and documentation
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines and best practice initiatives
Additional Senior Developer Responsibilities
• Help to identify recruit and train new team members
• Act as a technical mentor for your team
• Take responsibility for the quality of your team members’ work by attending all of their technical meetings, signing off their technical approach and reviewing their code and documentation once completed.
• Ensure your own productivity is not affected by your team leading responsibilities
• Ensure the estimates given by your team members are accurate and delivered to
• Ensure team members are adhering to team policies and procedures
