Requirement:
• Good experience on J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, Springs, Design patterns
• Good knowledge on Design patterns, UML, OOPS concepts, RDBMS knowledge
• Gather requirements, prepare design documents and participate in reviews
• Should have good communication skills
• For senior positions
• Should have experience in project leading activities such as work allocation, estimation and team management
