Job title: Sr. Web Developer
Joining Location: Dubai
Main responsibilities:
• Design, develop and enhance a highly scalable online product on a LAMP platform
• Analyze functional requirements and specifications through close interaction with Product Management and other team members
• Manage weekly releases on to a live environment
• Deal with scaling issues, such as database optimisation, performance diagnostics and monitoring
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to more junior team members
The ideal candidate would possess:
• Minimum 3 years of web development experience is required
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Full knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standards
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
