Lead VOIP Engineer London ŁNeg Global VOIP solutions provider are looking to recruit a Lead VOIP Engineer to join their growing team. You will serve as a lead engineer within a small internal and off-shore team, with responsibility for the engineering, development and life-cycle support of VoIP network. You will also be responsible for mentoring the team, assigning work and ensuring completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be a an expert in the areas of VOIP and related protocols and standrads such as SIP, SIP-I/T, MGCP, H.323, RTP/RTCP, ISDN, CAS. Experience of metoring a team would be an advantage but not essential.
