SSE (PHP)
Around 3 years
• Good knowledge of LAMP.
• Should have worked on CMS (Magento, Drupal, Joomla), MVC/CakePHP architecture.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs.
• Handling International clients will be considered as added advantage.
• Good Communication Skills.
TL (PHP)
Around 5- 6+ years

Very good Knowledge of OOPS is required
Handling a team of at least 5 members (2 of them should be senior developers)
Should have worked with internal/inhouse projects/products
Involved in requirement analysis
Actively involved in project management activities keeping a focus on profitability and timely completion of the project
Aware of the current updates on technologies and able to suggest framework, package for implementation based on the client requirement
Should have good understanding of working of internet and web based development
Should posses ability to communicate effectively with peers, team members and adjust to changing needs of resource as per project requirements
Effectively able to make short/long term plans with respect to resources and project for the team
Good overall exposure/knowledge of PHP/MySQLmust opensource MVC frameworks
Should have an experience of handling multiple queries from users/clients in a day
Should be able to track/control the assigned tasks to team on daily basis
Should have an experience of handling a team as Team Leader for at least 2 years
**Below 2 years of experience as a Team Leader will not be considered
