Job Description
• Will manage, guide and mentor a team that will be responsible for the development of components required for integration with Enterprise Application systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Will work closely with Integration Architects to develop common reusable integration solutions enabling very high reliability real-time and batch integration with target systems.
• Must have hands-on development capabilities to assist in the quick turnaround of proof of concept modules.
• Typically possesses eight or more years of Information Technology experience with an emphasis on Enterprise Application Integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Data, Application and Process Integration concepts, tools and technologies - specifically SAP PI, Oracle, XML/ESB appliances and Web Services.
• Demonstrated experience with architecture and design of integration and services using SAP PI platform for SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Demonstrated experience in development and enforcement of design and integration patterns, standards and best practices for use across enterprise for various integration technologies and concepts specifically SAP PI, XML appliances and Web Services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Services based integration, Common Information Model concepts and practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC processes, development environments and tools required for component development, testing and deployment.
• BE / B. Tech / MCA

Primary Responsibilities

Material forecast
- Co-ordination with Sales and Programme management team to asses and reflect future material requirements

Bids and Proposal Support
- Proactive engagement with tendering team to support any offer related to Supply Chain & Logistics activities.

Order Management & Shipment Coordination
- Facilitate the order entry and order validation (SAP)
- Invoicing & liaison with Customer for Green Light for shipment
- Coordinate with customer with exchange of shipment related data
- Coordinate with the 3rd Party Agencies for smooth transit and Custom Clearance
- Tracking all important miles stones in while supply chain process

Customs, documentation & bill processing
- Coordination with Customs clearance agent for timely customs clearance of shipment and cross checking the duty rates applied.
- Checking the correctness of the invoices raised by 3PL w.r.t. contracted rates and finally arranging the payments.

Sales Assurance
- Participation where appropriate in weekly reviews and reconciliation of projected revenues

Qualifications & Experience Required
• Bachelor’s in Electronic & Telecommunications Engineering, with MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with SAP functional experience.
• 5 ~8years for Manager
