Job Description

This hands-on position provides leadership to team involved in the
development of upcoming major projects. The person will be responsible for
managing complete development team of a product as well as mentoring the
sub-ordinate and taking the following accountabilities:

* Manage the team and deliverables including the architecture and
design documentation.

* Work with product management / customer teams to define the
functionalities and architecture.

* Work with product management to define the product road map.

* Responsible for functional and design documents.

* Work with other teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be a B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech / MCA with first
class academics from a reputed college with At least 5 to 7 years previous
experience and stability in previous assignments is a must. He/She must have
possess the following skill sets:.

* Expert in SNMP based EMS, MNS software/ products.
* Experience in Linux kernel
* Experience in Application development on Linux.
* Knowledge of SNMP tools such as Net-SNMP .etc.
* Expertise in coding in C / C++ on Linux / UNIX operating Systems .
* Woking Knowledge of Databases like MYSQL, RDD etc..
* Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and architecture.
* Solid understanding of HTML/ DHTML/PHP/ Java/ Ajax.
* Wifi / Wireless experience is preferred.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills .
