Designation: Linux Administrator
• 5+ years experience Red Hat Enterprise Server.
• 2-3 years experience in server hardware installs.
• Experience in Data Center Operational processes and procedures.
• Experience in Change Management processes.
• Go-Live and Production support experience required.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
Designation:- L2 Windows/ ADS Administrator
• 3 + years hands on experience in Windows and ADS Administration;
• 3 years experience managing backups utilizing CA Arcserve or similar technology;
• 3 Years Experience with CA Unicenter Spectrum or HP Oven View.
• 3 years experience with CA Unicenter Service Desk or similar ticketing system.
• 3 years experience with CA Unicenter Autosys or similar job Scheduler.
• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ticketing System/Escalation experience
Designation:- L2 Windows & Exchange Administrator
• 3 + years hands on experience in Windows and ADS Administration.
• DHCP, DNS and RAID configurations.
• MS Exchange Server administration and trouble shooting.
• Go-Live and Production support experience required. Monitoring, Operations,
• Incident and Problem Management & Patch management of Wintel Systems. MS Support experience of SMTP and POP3,
• Exchange back bone operation based on Exchange 2003.
• Messaging servers support like MS Exchange 5.5, 2K and 2K3.
• Wintel Administration experience and Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with remote backup administration and restore.
• Ticketing System/Escalation experience.
• Job Scheduling/ Management
