Should have good programming, debugging skills in C/C++, UNIX, RTOS.Should have experience in requirement gathering, design & development of networking platform software like device drivers, protocol development/porting.Should have implemented L2 protocols, power over ethernet features and interworking with other Cisco or competitor switches.
Should be aware of CLI and SNMP implementation. Should have good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills and mentored the team members on technical activities. Cisco IOS skills is an added advantage. PoE or PSE knowledge is added advantage.
